Foza Chat may collect Google account information such as email address, display name, and profile image; conversation content; uploaded files; extracted file data; conversation memory; user settings; skills; tool usage data; billing and subscription data; and technical logs such as IP address, browser details, access time, and system errors.

We use information to authenticate users, provide AI conversations, process files, operate search and tools, store conversation history, personalize settings, manage billing, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Data may be sent to AI model providers, Google OAuth, infrastructure providers, storage providers, web search providers, payment providers, or connected tools and integrations as needed to perform your requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Foza Chat uses cookies or similar session mechanisms to sign you in, refresh sessions, secure your account, and maintain the user experience.

We use reasonable technical measures such as access controls, encryption where appropriate, session tokens, and internal access limits. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Foza Chat is not intended for users who are under the age required by law in their place of residence. If we learn that an account is not eligible, we may restrict or delete it.
