By creating an account, signing in, or using Foza Chat, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Foza Chat is an AI workspace for multi-model conversations, file uploads, document context and retrieval, tools, skills, conversation memory, billing, and related administration features.

You are responsible for keeping your Google account or other sign-in credentials secure. You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or use Foza Chat for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or create in Foza Chat, including prompts, messages, files, instructions, skills, and conversation data. You grant Foza Chat the right to process that content as needed to provide the service, generate AI responses, store history, retrieve document context, operate tools, and maintain system reliability.

Foza Chat may send your content to AI model providers, web search providers, storage services, payment providers, infrastructure vendors, or other integrations to complete your requests. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for professional decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it.

You may not use Foza Chat to violate law, infringe privacy or intellectual property rights, distribute malware, attack or exploit systems, submit illegal content, abuse resources, bypass usage limits, or access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required to upload, process, and use files or data in Foza Chat. Tools such as web search, file reading, memory, skills, and external integrations may process data from the active conversation context.

Some features may require a balance, subscription, or usage-based payment. Prices, limits, and billing terms may change. Unless stated otherwise in writing, completed payments may be non-refundable.

Foza Chat may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or if suspension is required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Foza Chat is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foza Chat is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, lost profits, or decisions made based on AI output.

Foza Chat may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
